For your first visit, please bring a valid ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any medical records that are relevant to your dental health. If you have any recent X-rays, feel free to bring those along as well. If you have completed the new patient forms online, that’s one less thing to worry about!
Your first appointment typically lasts about 60-90 minutes. This allows us to complete a thorough exam, take any necessary X-rays, and discuss your treatment options. We want to ensure we have enough time to address all of your concerns and questions.
We accept a wide range of insurance plans! You can check our list of accepted insurance providers on the Insurance & Payment page, or simply give us a call, and we can verify your insurance coverage for you.
Absolutely! We offer flexible payment options and financing to make dental care affordable, even without insurance. We can discuss payment plans that work best for you during your visit.
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other patients. You can easily reschedule by calling us or using our online booking system.
In many cases, yes! After your initial exam and discussion of your treatment options, we may be able to perform some treatments on the same day, depending on your needs. However, more complex procedures may require a follow-up appointment to ensure the best care. We’ll walk you through every step of the process during your visit.
